Job Description:

To support our growth, we are currently seeking a Project Analyst to support all aspects of the program and support the program lead who is responsible for program delivery.   This key role will work to track, manage and support our in house and field service delivery teams ensuring high levels of quality, performance and compliance are being met and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Program Lead and Senior Management, amongst other team members, to assist with day-to-day business operations and help ensure contractual regulatory compliance​.

  • Invoicing, providing scheduled and real time updates on extensive reporting data, suggesting business process improvements, supporting comprehensive project tracking, client deliverables and KPIs​.

  • Assist with preparation of consistent, timely and accurate reporting of program operational and financial performance​.

  • Assist with comprehensive project tracking​.

  • Document operational processes and assist with implementation of streamlined processes​.

  • Assist with high quality and transfer of program data​ using safe and secure transfer protocols.

  • Oversee and manage distribution of inventory, including distribution to field team, defects, ordering, reconciliations etc​

Basic Qualifications

  • Four-year Bachelor’s Degree, or 2 year Associates degree with experience

  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong MS 365 Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint 

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable giving presentations to various audiences.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities

  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information

  • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team

  • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors

  • Proficiency in Office 365 Applications
