Job Description:

The QA/QC role aligns internal and external quality processes and systems and ensures we are exceeding the client expectations. This role  works with the client to review QA/QC findings, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement and best practices in quality processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support field and desk quality assurance and quality control processes including the selection and review of assignments and tracking performance against key metrics.

  • Regularly review program findings to leverage best practices and continuous improvement to implement long term solutions.

  • Support the process of regularly reviewing and updating critical program documentation and process manuals include field verification guides and forms.

  • Work as part of a cross functional team and regularly meet with client and other key stakeholders to ensure best practices and continuous improvement initiatives are aligned on and implemented effectively.

  • Leads training for program management and internal business partners when processes, manuals, or systems get updated.

  • Conducts process flow audits to identify where improvements can be made to strengthen the outputs and findings or QC processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience working as part of a cross functional team

  • Understanding of risk mitigation strategies, process flow engineering, and policy and procedure development

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities.

  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information

  • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for management team

  • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and customers

  • Proficiency in MS 365 Applications
