Job Description:
To support our growth, we are seeking a Retail Merchandiser team member. This role consists of an individual who can improve the consumer buying experience by creating merchandising solutions in their assigned stores to increase awareness and adoption of targeted products. You’ll work to merchandise store aisles, end caps, and displays with nationally approved point of purchase materials from the lowest shelf to the highest shelf. This position requires that you be able to lift 15 to 40 pounds, climb, push, pull, bend, stand, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with, or without, a reasonable accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:

Cultivating relationships with in-store management and department staff

Executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and managing the merchandising of a variety of consumer goods displayed on on retail shelves and floors

Implementation of plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, stock rotation, and building displays.

Use tablet based devices to track out of stocks, incorrect pricing and other issues

Driving to assigned locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement is provided)

Check-in and out with manager on duty on a daily basis

Engaging with customers to educate and increase awareness of products you are representing.

Assist in the assembling and disassembling of promotional materials such as signs, banners, and cardboard displays
Skills/Requirements:

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Ability to use tablet based technology

Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
