Job Description:

UES is seeking a full-time, on-site Salesforce Product Manager (Field Service & Service Cloud) in Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud platforms. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify areas of improvement, manage the product backlog, and conduct user research to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing Salesforce-related projects from inception through production support.

  • Ensure that the system accurately meets the defined project expectations and enable the team to execute the designed vision.

  • Maintain, update and present business Salesforce product roadmaps. Maintain knowledge of existing technology solution set and future needs, industry trends, and competitive threats.

  • Define enhancements and features with stakeholders.

  • Manage product life cycle (including modifications, upgrades and maintenance).

  • Assist in development and management of backlog in Salesforce.

  • Produce well written documentation including Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user acceptance test plans and training material.

  • Partner with business analysts, IT, and software vendors to specify, deliver, and maintain solutions and integrations.

  • Lead coordination and documentation of project activities including product introduction meetings, design review meetings, and user acceptance testing.

  • Lead training sessions to ensure end user success in Salesforce tool.

Skills/Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud or Salesforce Field Service preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience serving as the product owner or leading product development teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and development practices, including hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web components.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
